Margarette Martin: Board Member Emiritus, a former Senator in Haiti's parliament and a Delegate to Haiti’s Interim Government from the Southeast Department, she was responsible for promoting and organizing the first "Leadership Technology" in Haiti. She was a co-founder of FONDETHA. To Haiti’s great misfortune, Madame Martin died in December, 2006. We mourn the loss of her warm smile, her brave spirit and her tenacious heart. Her story is one for the history books, therefore we dedicate our work for the future of Haiti to her memory.

Rita Pean: President of the Board of Directors of FONDETHA, community "animatrice", and FONDETHA Coordinator of the Ouest Region of Haiti. She represents 4C, a pharmaceutical company in Haiti, and is a mother and wife and lives in Port au Prince.

Ertha Marcelin: Co-founder and presently serving as the Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors. She is a candidate for attorney and works as an attorney’s assistant in Jacmel.

Margarette Georges: Board Member, The Secretary and member of the Board of Directors. She is a mother and wife and has worked as an executive assistant and business manager; she resides in Cap Haitien.

Paulet Balthazard: Member of the Board of Directors. His training is in biological research and development; he makes his home in Jeremy.

Adler Laroche: Member of the Board of Directors. He is an Officer of the Haitian National Police stationed in Jacmel.

Claude Pean: the Executive Director of FONDETHA, is the head of Aimer = Servir, a national movement to empower young people from underprivileged areas to be full citizens, get scholarships and make use of their potential.

Patrick Smyth: Consulting Board Member, an entrepreneur and business-owner and the founder of PATRICK J. SMYTH FOUNDATION. He came to Haiti in 2002 and fell in love with the country and its people. He has dedicated himself to sharing the joy and fulfillment inherent in living a transformed life.

Abraham Compere: Board Member, out of participating in our first two courses, Mr. Compere went from being a retired teacher to the princilal and owner of his own school (see his catalytic project); he is a husband, a father and a very respected individual in Haiti who resides in Jacmel.

Robert Dorlean: Board Member who lives in Port au Prince and represents another pharmaceutical company.
